The Web portal offers everything a member needs to communicate with a lawyer, upload, scan and attach documents, photos and videos, schedule appointments online and receive legal support without waiting for a call back.
The new look and feel of the Web portal mirror the streamlined experience found in LegalShield’s enhanced mobile app, which was released in August 2021. Members can now access the state-of-the-art features found on the app from the Web portal. Members can choose an area of law, for example, estate planning, traffic, or employment, and will be guided through the process step-by-step with follow-up questions and simple options that take the complexities away from a typical experience with a law firm.
Additionally, members have an immediate gateway to LegalShield’s robust network of provider law firms and over 5,000 lawyers across every state in the U.S. with 24/7 support and consultation.
LegalShield member plans cover the member, member’s spouse, and dependents. Spouse and dependents can be easily added to the plan and access their own instance of the experience through the app and portal’s “invite” feature. These enhancements are combined with popular existing features including the ability to upload traffic tickets, create Wills, and 24/7 emergency access to provider lawyers for covered issues.
